There has been a growing concern about the pesticide residues on teas. What
have you done to make sure your teas are safe for consumption?
A:
We make sure our teas comply with EU's Maximum Residue Levels (MRL) for the
commonly used pesticides and fertilizers, including DDT, BHC, fenvalerate
(RS+SR, RR+SS), cypermethrin, biphenthrin, cyhalothrin, buprofezin, and methamidophos.
We have also been a FDA-USA registered tea supplying facility since 2003.

Do you provide samples? If yes, how much do they cost me?
A:
Yes,
we provide samples for up to 8 tea items of your choosing, for no costs to
you whatsoever. You place order only when you are totally satisfied with our
quality.
Q:
Can you make custom packaging for my private label teas?
A:
Yes, we provide private label packaging service to customers who wish to receive
the tea pre-packed and in private label. You can make use of our packaging
materials in stock, or create your own packaging with our assistance. Click

Can you supply tea that is not listed in this website?
A:
Yes, we're happy to respond to enquiries about tea not listed in this website.

Is there a minimum order amount or quantity?
A:
For loose
teas, there is a minimum order amount of US$350. On order of US$201~349 there
will be a processing charge of US$30. On order of US$200 or below, the processing
charge will be US$40. This processing charge helps to cover the overhead costs
related to administration, packaging and payment processing.
For
nylon teabags, there is a minimum order quantity of 25,000 sachets consisting
up to 5 tea items or blends.

What is your quoting terms?
A:
All prices are quoted in US dollars, ex-works Hong Kong.

How do I pay?
A:
There
are 2 easy ways to pay for your order:
1.
by wire transfer to HSBC Hong Kong (customer to pay the bank charges at remitting
end including those by the intermediary bank); or
2.
through Paypal™ (an additional 4% will be charged on the invoice total
to partially cover the Paypal™ charges).

How will my order be shipped?
A:
In most cases we ship your order within 10 days from Hong Kong where the final
quality checking is performed.
For
order of over 60kg, liner freight service (air or sea) is recommendable.
For
smaller order, we suggest using postal service (air or sea) which clears customs
automatically and delivers door-to-door. The
following table provides a general reference for the average costs of shipping
each 1 kg of loose teas from Hong Kong to a number of countries:
